Proper use of peanut shelling machine

1 Requirements for sheller

① shelling is clean and has high productivity. For shellers with visible cleaning devices, it is also required to have a high degree of cleanliness

2. Requirements for peanuts (peeled fruits). Peanuts are suitable for drying and wetting. If they are too dry, the crushing rate will be high, and if they are too wet, the work efficiency will be affected. The compaction force of flowers stored in rural areas is 20 to 30 kg. The fruit is generally dry. In order to make it dry and wet, the following methods can be used

① shelling in winter, spray about 10kg of warm water on 50kg of peel evenly before shelling, and cover it with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then dry it in the sun for about 1 hour to start shelling. The time covered with plastic film in other seasons is about 6 hours, and the rest is the same

② dry peanuts (peels) can be soaked in a large pool. After soaking, they can be immediately taken out and covered with plastic film for about 1 day. Then they can be dried in the sun, and begin shelling after being dry and wet

③ voltage requirements and workplace selection. For single-phase motor to work normally, the voltage must reach its rated voltage. Generally, there is only one transformer in a village in rural areas, and households are scattered. In addition, the wires and circuits used are not very standard, resulting in insufficient voltage for users far away from the transformer. Therefore, the workplace should be closer to the transformer

II. Operation methods and precautions

1 Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, and whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing. The sheller should be placed on a stable ground

2. Before use, check the power supply, and the switch must be in the off position

3. After the motor is started, the rotation direction of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the machine. First idle for a few minutes, and observe whether there is abnormal noise. Only when the operation is normal, can the peanuts be fed evenly

4. When feeding peanut fruit, it should be even and appropriate, and it should not contain sundries such as iron filings and stones, so as to prevent breaking peanuts and causing mechanical accidents. When the peanuts are covered with the sieve, the rice outlet switch can be turned on

5. Peanuts should be suitable for drying and wetting. If they are too dry, the crushing rate will be high, and if they are too wet, the work efficiency will be affected. Select the appropriate sieve according to the size of peanuts

10. Clean all bearings with diesel oil and apply butter after drying

11. The transmission part and bearing chamber shall be protected to have sufficient lubricating oil. It shall be cleaned and replaced regularly
